Centrally located in Kaikohe, our comfortable motel accommodation offers a range of studios, suites and family units.
Family Suites
Our family suites feature a lounge with a dining area and a full kitchen, as well as two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom at the front comes with a queen bed. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and a single bed. In the lounge, there is another single bed. In total, family suites sleep a maximum of six people.
The lounge has comfortable, good-quality leather sofas and a large wall-mounted smart TV. The dining area has a large solid wood dining table with chairs and a bench to seat for six people. The suites all feature a full kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and kitchenware.
Both bedrooms have a wall-mounted Internet connected smart TVs which allow you to watch all of your favourite programs. We also provide our guests with free Wi-Fi.
Every suite has a modern bathroom with a toilet, vanity sink and a walk-in shower (some with wheelchair access – please ask if you require this). Complimentary toiletries and quality towels are provided.

Our queen studios feature one queen-size bed and sleep up to two people. The tastefully decorated modern bedroom/lounge comes with a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, which allows you to connect to the internet and watch all of your favourite programs. We also provide our guests with free Wi-Fi.
Our queen studios each have a room kitchennet equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and washing up supplies. These units also have ensuite bathrooms with modern vanity sinks, showers and toilets. Quality towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Private Rooms
We now offer private lockable rooms in a newly renovated house located in the motel complex. There are five private rooms. Four of these rooms accommodate up to 3 guests and feature one double bed and one single bed. The fifth room has two double beds and sleeps up to four guests. Each room has its own TV, fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making supplies.
The shared spaces include a spacious open plan lounge with comfortable leather sofas, heat pumps and a large screen TV. A large, well-equipped kitchen with a double fridge, full oven, dual microwaves, utensils, cookware, etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar which seats six and down the corridor are the bathroom, shower and separate toilets. Finally, outside there is a large covered deck with seating.
The new complex can accommodate a total of 16 people. It can be booked either as separate rooms sharing the spaces listed above or the whole house can be booked for only $750 per night.
